Do I get my own domain name?
Yes, all packages except the Free Trial comes with a free domain name (www.mydomain.com)
*One free domain name per account for as long as account is active. I will buy it and technically own it for as long as you have the service with me. If you decide to cancel, you can transfer it to the register of your choice and I will relinquish it, but the register that you choose will charge you a fee to transfer it.

Do I get an email account?
Yes, every package except for the the free trial comes with at least one email account that matches your domain name (myname@mydomain.com). Check out our Packages & Pricing pages to get the details on all the packages we have available.

This is the first time I've built a website. Is it easy for me to do?
Absolutely! eArtistManagement was designed so that practically anybody could build a website and use it's features. Also "HELP" is always just a click away!

Can I cancel at anytime?
Absolutely. You can easily cancel your membership anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees.
NOTE: Money can not be refunded for remainder portion of a prepaid period. So if you register on the 15th and you cancel your account on the 1st of the next month. You have prepaid for a full month and your account will end on the 15th.

I already own my domain name. Can I still use it?
Yes, if you already own a domain name we will transfer it over at no additional cost. Just change your nameservers to point to ours.

However, you may not get a free domain name and transfer one you currently own. You must choose one or the other.

Yes. You can have an existing website and have it modified by one of our experts to incorporate any of the eArtistManagement.com's features. Because there are many aspects to consider we have to handle each website on a case-by case basis. Please contact us for more information.
